MAISHI offer stainless steel security screen different from others

1. MAISHI use 100% 316 grade stainless steel wire mesh 

Stainless steel 316 grade has 10% to 14% nickle, which has very good resistance to corrosion. Using as window or door screens, we need a better material to keep for many years. So SS316 is the first choice.

Maishi do honest business, and we use real 316 stainless steel material.

2. MAISHI use high tensile mesh wire

Maishi offer 316 security screen with tensile over 900N, tolerance (+/-0.01mm). The holes are square and the wires are very strong (not sliding), screen surface is flattened after we weave the wires to mesh screen.

3. MAISHI thoroughly clean the mesh before coating

Some of our customers complaint that they bought the security screen from other suppliers, and after several years of using, the powder begin to peal off.

One of the reason is that the security mesh screen is not thoroughly cleaned before coating. If the mesh with dusts or oil, the attachment of the powder will be much lower, so it is easily peal off. MAISHI take every process very carefully, and before coating, we clean each corner of the mesh hole to ensure the surface is totally clean.

And another reason for the powder pealing is that the powder is not good. But MAISHI use top quality powder to ensure the strong attachment.

MAISHI offer only top quality security mesh. We usually use Akzo Nobel powder. They are the first-class powder manufacturer in the world. The powder has strong attachement, and will stay bright shiny color for many years, and will not peal off or fade under the sun.

6. MAISHI control the quality in every production process

Maishi control the quality from the raw mateial, weaving, finished stainless steel mesh rolls, mesh washing, flattening, cutting, powder coating, packing and loading.

To make sure customers will get perfect security meshes, we do careful packing. Each mesh piece is separated by waterproof paper, thus to ensure meshes will not be scratched by each other during delivery, and ensure the mesh surface is bright and smooth. And usually 50 pieces are loaded into one poly-wood carton box, thus customers can sell the mesh by batches. We can also pack the quantity as per customers request.
