Production Process of SS Powder Coated Mesh

The following is the Production Process of SS Powder Coated Mesh:

Raw materials - warping - weaving - inspection net - cleaning - pull net - cut pieces - flat net - inspection net - spray - baking - inspection network - sealing film - packaging (with wooden case)

Weaving: Heavy duty shuttleless weaving machine, the diameter of the weaving wire is from 0.5mm to 1.0mm, and the weaving mesh is flat, and the mesh hole is even.

Cleaning: The stainless steel powder coated mesh is subjected to pickling and passivation. The process is pickling, rinsing, passivation, pretreatment, pickling passivation, rinsing, pickling passivation paste (pool washing), and then rinsing with water. The method of removing oxide scale and rust on the steel surface by using an acid solution is called pickling

Passivation is a method of converting a metal surface into a state in which it is not easily oxidized, and retarding the corrosion rate of the metal

Pickling is a neutral stainless steel pickling solution

In the industry, the passivation agent (mainly oxidant) is used to passivate the metal to form a protective film.

Cut pieces: After the net pieces are woven, they are rolled into pieces, which are cut into different sizes according to different needs of customers. The cutting machine is fully automatic, and the net cutting machine is integrated.

Spraying: Electrostatic powder coating, which is often used in spray molding. It uses an electrostatic generator to charge the plastic powder and adsorb it on the surface of the stainless steel mesh product. Then it is baked at 210+3-5 °C to melt and adhere the powder to the stainless steel. Net surface. These two processing methods make the stainless steel mesh very resistant to corrosion and more aesthetically pleasing.

Baking time: at least 25 minutes
