The powder coating of stainless steel security screen

For stainless steel security screen, we use electrostatic coating. The powder coating is fed into the spray gun by the powder supply system by compressed air gas. The high pressure generated by the high-voltage electrostatic generator is added to the front end of the spray gun. Due to the corona discharge, a dense charge is generated near the spray gun, and the powder is charged when the powder is ejected from the nozzle. The paint particles, which are absorbed by the electrostatic force, are attracted to the security mesh screen with the opposite polarity. As the powder sprayed increases, the charge builds up. When a certain thickness is reached, it does not continue due to the electrostatic repulsion. Adsorption, so that the entire mesh screen obtains a certain thickness of the powder coating, and then heated to melt, level, and solidify the powder, that is, form a hard coating film on the surface of the mesh screen.

And we mainly do black powder coat security screen (Color: RAL9005).

For the colors, some of the suppliers also offer white, light gray, and dark gray. Compared with other colors, black coating has the below advantage:
