Production of Security Wire Mesh Screen

Raw material --> Mesh weaving --> Mesh inspecting --> Mesh washing --> Mesh flattening --> Cutting --> Powder coating --> Packing --> Loading

When material arrives at our factory, we check and test the material with XRF analyzer to make sure correct material will be used. Then we put the spool wire into the loom to weave meshes. And after the meshes are finished, we will check the wire thickness and hole size to make sure correct sizes are woven. Then meshes will be washed to remove dirties and oils. After that, the meshes will be flatten and powder coating.

Usually we use electrostatic coating. The powder coating is fed into the spray gun by the powder supply system by compressed air gas. The high pressure generated by the high-voltage electrostatic generator is added to the front end of the spray gun. Due to the corona discharge, a dense charge is generated near the spray gun, and the powder is charged when the powder is ejected from the nozzle. The paint particles, which are absorbed by the electrostatic force, are attracted to the security wire mesh screen with the opposite polarity. As the powder

sprayed increases, the charge builds up. When a certain thickness is reached, it does not continue due to the

electrostatic repulsion. Adsorption, so that the entire mesh screen obtains a certain thickness of the powder coating, and then heated to melt, level, and solidify the powder, that is, form a hard coating film on the surface of the mesh screen.

After all is finished, security screens will be packed into poly-wood carton, each piece separated by waterproof paper. Finally load into containers or ship by LCL.
