Is security mesh screen "bulletproof"?

It couldn't proof the bullet deliberately, it only can slow down the bullet speed and mainly used to prevent the aimless or the random fire such as 20-50 meters of missiles, flying stones, throwing objects etc , or large pieces of splash objects caused by long distance of explosion.

For example, if one person in room, the bullets be shoot suddenly, then the person won't be dead, only maybe hurt.
