The Quality Standard of Stainless Steel Security Screens

- No obvious tiger lines on the surface
- No color difference on the surface
- No sundries on the surface
- No folded wires on edges
- Tolerance of diagonal length is within +/-5mm
- Edge cut along one wire

In our many years of selling, some customers said their former supplier offer the stainless steel security screens not very flat, the surface is wavy.

One of the reason is that the wire is too hard, so it is difficult to weave the mesh and wavy surface occurs.

production for many years, and to make sure the flat surface, usually we stretch the mesh twice. After weaving the mesh, we will stretch the mesh to make it flat, and then cut into pieces according to your required sheet sizes.

After cutting, we will stretch the mesh again and then powder coating. Some suppliers may missed the stretch process before cutting, so the mesh surface can not stay quite flat.
