1. The quality of the powder is too poor. Use cheap and inferior powder, or use powder that cannot withstand ultraviolet radiation in the room.

2. The quality of the mesh material is too poor. There are impurities, dust, oil stains, or rust on the surface of the original mesh. Due to the dirty surface, the electrostatic adhesion of the powder is affected.

3. The temperature of the oven is too low. Before the security screen mesh enters the oven, the temperature inside must reach 210 degrees Celsius. If the temperature does not reach the temperature, the powder cannot be completely melted, only the surface melts, and there is no adhesion where it contacts the metal wire, so the skin is not strong.

We MAISHI mainly produce security screen mesh. We use the best Akzo powder. At the same time, the mesh is made of 316 stainless steel. After washing the mesh, it will be sprayed at high temperature to ensure that the powder is perfectly attached to the mesh. Therefore, the sprayed surface of our security screen mesh will not crack, and it can be used for a long time.
