The main process of security screen mesh
The spray process of security screen mesh uses the corona discharge phenomenon to adsorb the powder on the diamond mesh product. Its working mechanism is: the powder coating is sent into the spray gun by the powder supply system by compressed air gas, and the high-strength air pressure generated by the high-voltage electrostatic generator is added at the front end of the spray gun, and a dense charge is generated in the vicinity due to the corona discharge. When the powder is ejected from the airgun nozzle, it forms charged paint particles.
It is absorbed by the electrostatic force of the charge and sucked onto the workpiece with the opposite polarity of the electrode. As the powder sprayed increases, the charge accumulates more and more. When a certain thickness is reached, the electrostatic repulsion occurs. Then, the adsorption will not continue, so that the entire sprayed workpiece obtains a powder coating of a certain thickness, and after heating, the powder is melted, leveled, and solidified, and a hard coating film is formed on the surface of the workpiece.
The following is a brief introduction to the main process flow:
1, electrostatic spraying
Spray the powder coating evenly onto the surface of the diamond mesh. Special workpieces (including locations where electrostatic shielding is easy to occur) should be finished with a high-performance electrostatic sprayer.
Process steps: Using the principle of electrostatic adsorption, alayer of powder coating is evenly sprayed on the surface of the diamond mesh, and the dropped powder is recovered through a recovery system and can be reused after being sieved.
2, Security screen mesh before the spray treatment:
Remove the oil, dust, and rust on the surface of the diamond mesh product, and create a "phosphating layer" on the surface of the diamond mesh that is corrosion-resistant and can increase the adhesion of the spray coating. The main process steps of pretreatment: degreasing, descaling, phosphating, passivation.
After pretreatment, security screen mesh products not only have no oil, rust or dust on the surface, but also a uniform and rough gray phosphating film which is not easy to rust on the silvery white surface, which can prevent rust and increase spray. The adhesion of the plastic layer is twofold.

4, High temperature curing
The powder coating on the surface of the diamond mesh is heated to a specified temperature and held for a corresponding period of time to be melted, leveled, and solidified to obtain the desired surface effect of the workpiece.
Process step: push the sprayed workpiece into the curing oven, heat to a predetermined temperature (generally 185 degrees), and keep the corresponding time (15 minutes); Generally, the workpieces are different, and the heating temperature and the holding time are also different.
